Answer 1= secular spirit or tendency, especially a system of political or social philosophy that rejects all forms of religious faith and worship. the view that public education and other matters of civil policy should be conducted without the introduction of a religious element.

Answer 2= "India is a secular state with no state religion," he said, adding that the Indian constitution guarantees freedom of religion to every individual. It also raised the issue of "mob violence" against the minorities Muslims, Sikhs, Christians and Dalits in India.

Answer 3= Article 25 says "all persons are equally entitled to freedom of conscience and the right to freely profess, practice, and propagate religion subject to public order, morality and health." Further, Article 26 says that all denominations can manage their own affairs in matters of religion.
