Dividing or discriminating people on the basis of colour, religion, etc is an obstacle in national unity. This creates a disunity and mislead of people in society. It can also be called as communism. This may lead to many social problems like terrorism, unhealthy competition, social stratification ,etc.

This is the main barricade for the development in developing nations.

It disturbs peace in society. This is also disobeying Human rights.
