Independent judiciary is needful to us because, it guarantees that judges are free to decide honestly and impartially , in accordance to the law and evidence. An independent judiciary is very important in a democracy because it allow the courts and judges to work independently without any fear of a rich or powerful person . It establishes the ideal that everyone is equal before law , if any person will attempt wrong things he will be punnished .
