Dear Abhishek,
I hope this letter finds you in good health. How are your parents? How is your little brother Anuj? Is he still as notorious as ever? It has been a long while since we met.
I know you have a habit of reading too many books all the time, which is why I gave you the nickname "bookworm". You are either studying for your academics or some other book out of the curriculum. I know you love reading, but you should also try doing certain other activities sometimes. Maybe go out for a walk, spend some time with your family, watch a movie, talk to your friends, anything at all. Equal involvement in all sectors of life is the key to healthy living.
