Hi Friend!
The brook teaches us various lessons about life. He tells us that life is not constant and the same forever. It keeps on changing. The poet has drawn a parallel between the various stages of human life and a river's life. When the brook first originates from the mountain tops, it gushes downwards with immense force thus suggesting that it is full of energy and strength. It strikes the surface of the rocks with all his might to make a babbling and somewhat chattering sound. Similarly, when a baby comes to the light of the world, he cries aloud to announce his arrival to his fellow beings! A young child is always energetic and enthusiastic. When the brook was in his middle course,he had gained a good deal of experience about his life. He took along all the flower petals and fishes with him as he kept flowing through many a valleys and distant places. Even an adult human manages his family and friends. He moves on with them being the constant supporters in his life. Lastly when the brook is in his last stages of life he is no longer agile. He is contented with his calm and peaceful life. The same happens with a human. Life is a game and we are the worthy players! We should never look back and keep moving on in your life as the brook does. There will be moments of happiness and sorrows for us to cherish. We should forever keep them in our heart and yet keep moving on and on till the time comes, when we shall be no more alive......
