Is this a mixed fraction ?

if thes then the answer is

$- 8 \ \frac{2}{3} \\ \\ = ( - 8) \times 3 + 2 \\ = 24 + 2 \\ = 26$

and if no, I mean if this is not a mixed fraction then it means that

$( - 8) \times \frac{2}{3} \\ = \frac{(( - 8) \times 2)}{3} \\ \\ = \frac{ - 16}{3} \\ = 5 \frac{1}{3}$
