As you know,

 \csc( \alpha )  \div  \sec(90 -  \alpha )  = 1

So, Put the value of alpha as 32. So, you get answer as 1.

Derivation:

cosecA = 1/sinA ____(1)

cos(90 - A) = sinA ____(2)

Substitute equation (2) in (1)

Then you get,

cosecA = 1/cos(90 - A) = sec(90 - A)

HENCE PROVED
