Answer:value if games is important because it helps us to be healthy and fit ,helps us to make new friends and helps in improving game structure and responsiblitis . mobile and video games are harmful for us because they damage our eyes but I think that indoor games are best as we can't be harmed as movement is less there.thats why indoor game are best .for example chess ,ludo,snake and ladders etc-.In outdoor games table tennis can be better in terms of safety .
