If these equations has unique solution then,

a1 / a2 b1 / b2

a1 = 1 , b1 = - k , c1 = -2

a2 = 3 , b2 = 2 , c2 = 5

a1 / a2 = b1 / b2 = c1/c2

1/3 = -k/2 = -2/5

- k = 2/3

k = -2/3
