Solution :

We have to find the value of p.

We are given with the value of z.

So, Substitute the Values.

➙ z² + 3z – p = 3.

➙ 4 + 6 – p = 3.

➙ 10 – p = 3.

➙ –p = 3 – 10.

➙ –p = –7.
