The frame attribute was used to define the visible borders of a table. It is now deprecated and should no longer be used. FRAME sets which outer borders are visible. In the next several pages we’ll look at all nine value of FRAME. FRAME and FRAME have an annoying way of changing each others defaults. To simplify your life, here’s a rule of thumb: if you use FRAME also use FRAME and BORDER. It’s easier to avoid getting confused
