2x+3y=10..........(1)

4x-2y=36..........(2)

Multiply (1) by 2

4x+6y=20......(3)

subtract 2 from 3

0x+8y=-16

y=-16/8=-2

put y in eq@1

2x+3(-2)=10

2x-6=10

2x=16

X=8
