ANSWER.

 \frac{7}{y}  +  \frac{1}{2}  = 14

 =  \frac{14 + y}{2y}  = 14

 = 14 + y = 28y

14 = 27y

y  =  \frac{14}{27}

\huge{Hey,\:Mate\:Here\: is\: Your\: Answer}

\textbf{Given That ... }

 \frac{7}{y} + \frac{1}{2} = 14

We Need To Find Value Of ' Y '

Now let's Move To Solution....

\textbf{Solution....}

Now In This Question It's Given That. 7/y + 1/2 = 14 And Now we Need To Find Value Of ' y '.

So To Find Value Of 'y' Follow The Simple Steps....

1) In Question

 \frac{7}{y} + \frac{1}{2} = 14

Now In this Let's Take 1/2 To RHS ( RIGHT HAND SIDE )

That Is....

 \frac{7}{y} = 14 - \frac{1}{2} \: ( \: moving \: from \: lhs \: to \: rhs \: the \: sign \: of \: term \: gets \: \: changed

to \: its \: opposite \: sign \: that \: + \: gets \: change \: to \: - \: and \: \times \: to \: \div )

\textbf{2) So Now Let's Solve RHS}

⏺️ Now for This We know That Denominator Of ' 14 ' Is ' 1 '....

So We Have....

 \frac{7}{y} = \frac{14}{1} - \frac{1}{2}

Now Taking LCM Of Denominator We have

 \frac{7}{y} = \frac{2(14) - 1}{2}

That is ➡️

 \frac{7}{y} = \frac{28 - 1}{2}

So We Have ....

 \frac{7}{y} = \frac{27}{2}

So Now For Finding Value Of 'y'

We can CROSS MULTIPLY RHS WITH LHS

That Is ...

y \times27 = 2 \times 7

So We Have ...

 27y = 14

Now Similarly Taking 27 To RHS We Have....

y = \frac{14}{27}

\textbf{ Hence The Required Answer Is...}

\boxed{y = 14/27}
