Values and norms are something that helps to build a better human. These are the values that give a man a sense of right and wrong. However, not all moral values and systems appeal to humans to become a better human.  

Humanity is what ought to be more emphasized and what humans, nowadays, need the most. Values may make a person noble but humanity is necessary for survival.
