4x=p (x+5)+q (x-3)

Take p=3/2, q=5/2

4x=3/2× (x+5)+5/2×(x-3)

4x=3×(x+5)/2+5×(x-3)/2

4x=3x+15/2+5x-15/2

4x=3x+15+5x-15/2

4x=8x+0/2

4x×2=8x

8x=8x
