Because Boiling occurs only at the billing point of the substance but evaporation occurs at any temperature even at room temperature.

I support Rani, because evaporation is a process which may occur at any temperature but boiling occurs only at the boiling point.....
you can take water as example we see water vapours within a very short time after you start heating a bowl of water which is a result of evaporation but ee can see thr event water boiling only when it reaches boiling point . ... hope it helps
