Solution :  

ptotal(mm Hg) → 632.8 603.0 579.5 562.1 580.4 599.5 615.3 641.8

 

The graph of ptotal’ pchloroform’ and pacetone as a function of xacetone is in the attachment below .

From the graph it can be observed  that the plot for the ptotalof the solution curves downwards.  

Hence, the solution shows negative deviation from the ideal behaviour.
