Isoelectronic Species are those atoms or ions which have the same number of electrons. All the member have 10 electrons but different number of protons. Size of the species decreases with increasing protons. aThe N has minimum 7 protons and Al has maximum 13 protons so N3- is largest and Al3+ is smallest.~♥~
