It provides a clear and impartial form in the judging of any accused. The public prosecutor and the defence lawyer give all their opinions in front of the people and also effectively functions to prove there opinions. The accused is given the chance to fight for his/her proof to become free. So, it inversely ensures the equality for all the people in terms of their rights.
