the first digestive enzymes is salivary amylase which secreted by the salivary glands present in our mouth is enzymes digest the carbohydrate present in the food and convert it into the simplest form of glucose

then the gastric juice secreted by the walls of the stomach it consists of hydrochloric acid enzymes pepsin and mucus HCl made the food acidic for action of enzymes called pepsin this enzyme digest the protein present in the food. and mucus is secreted to protect the walls from its own secretion of its hydrochloric acid.

small intestine receive the secretion from two glands liver and pancreas liver secretes bile and pancreas secretes pancreatic juice consist of pancreatic amylase trypsin for the digestion of protein and lipase for the breaking down of emulsified fat bile is used to make the food alkaline for the action of enzymes .

the walls of small intestine also serve as a gland which secrete intestinal juice which finally convert complex carbohydrate into glucose protein into amino acid and fat into fatty acid and glycerol. hope this may help you please mark brainliest answer

Answer:

Amylase

Amylase is a digestive enzyme essential for our digestion of carbohydrates, as amylase breaks down starches into sugars. Amylase is secreted by both our salivary glands and from our pancreas. The measurement of amylase levels in the blood is sometimes used as an aid in diagnosing various pancreas or other digestive tract diseases.

Lactase

Lactase is a type of enzyme that breaks down the sugar, lactose, found in dairy products. Supplemental lactase may be used to assist people who are lactose intolerant to digest dairy products.

Lipase

Lipase is the enzyme responsible for the breakdown of fats that we consume. Specifically, lipase breaks fats into fatty acids and glycerol (simple sugar alcohol). Within your body, lipase is produced in small amounts by your mouth and stomach, and in larger amounts by your pancreas.

Maltase

Maltase is secreted by the small intestine and is responsible for breaking down maltose (malt sugar).
