Prevention of conception is called $Contraception.$



$\textbf{Mechanical barrier methods :}$

In this physical devices are condoms are used to avoid the entry of semen in vagina. Women can also apply cap on cervix to stop the entry of semen. Loop or Copper-T are also used to prevent pregnancy.



$\textbf{Chemical method :}$

This method is only for women's. In this they are advised to take vaginal pills and oral pills.


$\textbf{Surgical method :}$

In this Fallopian tube of female is cut by surgery. This method is known as Tubectomy.

And in males Vas-deference is cut by surgery. This method is known as Vasectomy.
