most of time electron mmicroscope is used to identify the nucleus and inside of a taxi nucleolus nucleoplasm its chromatin material its chromosomes and genes
is it works on electricity so that it is having high magnifying power so every small organelles can be seen through it which is which we are not able to see by simple microscope
