Emotional stress that stays around for weeks or months can weaken the immune system and cause high blood pressure, fatigue, depression, anxiety and even heart disease. In particular, too much epinephrine can be harmful to your heart. The situations that cause stress are called Stressors. The causes of Stress are  that it affects your mental wellbeing, Loss of Money/job, Increase in financial obligations, Chronic illness or injury, Money and Work. You can prevent stress by Eat healthy foods, proper sleep, exercise everyday, organize your time, Meditate etc.
