Varun is planning a rectangular flowerbed of size 30 m x 20 m in such a way that it has a rectangular pond of size 3m x 2m in the middle. He wishes to plant Rose, Jasmine, Lily and Sunflower as shown in the figure. Find the area of the portion in which he wishes to plant Sunflower.
