he lost 9%

s.p = 2730 - 9% of 2730
          2730-9/100*2730
   = 2484.3        
loss = 245.7

other almirah = 2730
he gained 15%

s.p = 2730+15% of 2730
        = 2730 +15/100* 2730

= 3139.5

gain = 409.5

therefore he got gain of 163.8 rupees
