Answer:

Profit earned by Vasu , Ravi and Siddharth is Rs 56000, Rs. 60900 and Rs. 68600 respectively.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given: Vasu invested Rs 50000 and Ravi invested Rs. 45000.at the end of 4 months, Vasu withdraw half of his capital, at the end of 5 month Ravi withdrew one third of his capital and the Siddharth entered with a capital of Rs.70000. Total profit is rs.185500.

To find the profit for each at the end of the year.

Investment of Vasu = Rs 50000 for 4 months.

And Rs 25000 for 8 months.

Investment of Ravi = Rs 45000 for 5 months.

And Rs. 30000 for 7 months.

Investment of Siddharth = Rs. 70000 for 7 months.

Clearly the ratio of profit is same as the ratio of investment.

=>Vasu's investment  = (50000)4+(25000)8

                                   = Rs. 400000

=> Ravi's investment = (45000)5+(30000)7

                                 = Rs. 435000

=> Siddharth's investment = (70000)7

                                          = Rs. 490000

So, the ratio of profit = 400000: 435000 : 490000

                                  = 80: 87:98

The total profit is Rs. 185500.

The Vasu's profit = 185500*(80/265)

                           = Rs. 56000

The Ravi's profit = 185500*(87/265)

                          = Rs. 60900

The Siddharth profit = 185500*(98/265)

                                 = Rs. 68600
