The women of the 'Angami' tribe of Nagaland wear sleeveless tops called 'Vatchi'.
The Vatchi is worn over a white skirt which is called 'Pfemhou' and a petticoat which is called 'Neikhro'.
The dress of Northeastern women is very different from their counterparts in other parts of the country.

The seven sisters of Northeast India viz. Assam, Nagaland, Mizoram,
Manipur, Tripura, Meghalaya, and Arunachal Pradesh have their own
colorful & traditional attire.
These dresses are quite different from lehenga choli, sarees and salwar kameez,
usually worn by women in the rest of India. Sadly, these attires are not famous and many people are unaware of it.
The women of the Angami tribe of Mizoram generally wear sleeveless tops which is called 'Vatchi'. It is clubbed over a white skirt called 'Pfemhou' and a petticoat called 'Neikhro'.
