Navodaya schools are established by the government of india for the following reasons:-

●To bring out the best of the rural talent and provide access to quality education.

●There is approximately No Fee so that those who are economically weak can achieve knowledge although they started charging a nominal fee few years back.

●There is competitive enviromnent which fixes number of intake every year i.e. 80 students.

●All the facilities are provided including sports, uniform, books, etc.
