Vector sum of two forces of 10N and 6N cannot be:?

It answer will be 2N

Because in vector sum its depend on angle between them

So lets first take smallest angle that is Zero degree:-so now both vector are in same direction so simply add it

=>10+6=16N

Now take largest angle between them that is 180 degree:-so now both are in opposite direction so subtract 6N from 10N and direction of resultant vector will be in direction of 10N

=>10-6=4N

So max resultant vector can be 16N

min resultant vector can be 4N

so resultant vector lies in range of 4N TO 16N

Hope it helps u a lot......
