We all know that the Vedas are the earliest literature in India as well as the whole world. but the Vedas are purely Indian i.e. they were created by the great scholarly men born in this very land of ours, namely India.
The he most striking feature of the Vedas is that the Vedas are not the word of god, they basically contain th hymns addressed to the gods.
