Vedic Culture

Explanation:

After the decline of the Harappan civilisation, the Aryan culture began to flourish in the Ganga-Yamuna plains. The Aryans compiled many hymns to worship the Gods and Goddesses. These were compiled in four Vedas namely Rig, Sama, Yajur and Atharva.

Veda means sacred spiritual knowledge. The culture of the Aryans is known as Vedic culture. Vedic knowledge was imparted orally. Vedas were considered infallible as they imparted the highest spritual knowledge.
