Vegetable Oil on reacting with H2  in presence of Nickel catalyst forms Dalda or Vanaspati Ghee.

Moreover this is a type of Addition Reaction and the process is called Hydrogenation of Oils.

Here Vegetable Oil is unsaturated and Dalda is saturated carbon.
