s it's true but more over non vegetarian also have high amount of calories but In veggies there will be high amount of carbohydrates, proteins so that they think egg is not non veg it is veg it gives high amount of calories not only them sea food like fish helps in prevention of some diseases hope it help u please mark as brianlist thank u
