a)  Vegetarianism :- promotes a natural way of life but it spreads its message of universal love and non-violence in a somewhat implicit manner.

This implicitness has caused it to be less understood and less regarded. This has resulted in its limited spread in the world and its attaining less separation.

b) In the Western world vegetarians are classified into three categories.  The first are the 'vegans'. Vegans are those who are (pure vegetarians who do not take or consume any kind of food coming from the animal kingdom.

Then come the lacto-vegetarians. These are the people who use the dairy products derived from the animal kingdom.

The last category includes the eggetarians. These people consume eggs, in addition to dairy products.

c) Over the years some European countries and Israel are adopting a vegetarian diet  due to the endurance it produces. A vegetarian diet provides quality, quantity and a healthy means of living.

Vegetarian food also provides a variety of flavours and good taste.
