By work energy theorem
1/2mv^2-1/2mu^2=force ×displacement
1/2×20×4×4-1/2×20×1×1=force×20
160-10=force×20
150/20=force
force=7.5N
1/2mv^2-1/2mu^2=force ×displacement
1/2×20×4×4-1/2×20×1×1=force×20
160-10=force×20
150/20=force
force=7.5N

Hey Here , u=4m/s v=1m/s s=20 2as=v^2-u^2 2as=1^2-4^2 2a×20=1-15 40a=-14 a= -0.375 m/s^2 F=ma F=20×(-0.375) F= -7.5 N Negative sign indicates force is applied un opposite direction
