dimensions given are

v = l {t}^{ - 1}  \\ t = t \\ v = pt + q {t}^{2} \\ using \: dimension \: correctness \: formula \\ then \\ v = pt \:  \:  \:  \: and \: v = q {t}^{2}   \\ from \: equ. \:  \\ v = pt \\ we  \: can \: write \\ l {t}^{ - 1}  = p \times t \\  or \: p =  \frac{l}{t \times t}  \\ or \: p = l {t}^{ - 2}  \\ from \: equ. \\ v = q {t}^{2}  \\ we \: can \: write \: l {t}^{ - 1}  = q \times  {t}^{2}  \\ or \: q =  \frac{l}{t \times  {t}^{2} }  \\ or \: q = l {t}^{ - 3}
