\huge\fbox\red{Given:}

  • Velocity of a car started from rest reaches 24 m/s in 4 seconds.

\huge\fbox\red{To find:}

  • Acceleration of the car.

\huge\underbrace\mathscr\color{lime}{ †\: Solution:–}

\huge\longrightarrowInitial Velocity = 0 m/s

\huge\longrightarrowFinal Velocity 24 m/s

\huge\longrightarrow Taken 4 seconds

\fbox\green{Using\:1st\: equation:}

  • v = u + at

Putting Values :

\large\implies 24 = 0+ a(4)

\large\implies 24 = 0 + 4a

\large\implies 24 = 4a

\large\implies 24 = 4a

\large\implies a = \cancel \frac{24} {4}

\large\implies a = 6 m/s

So, The Acceleration of the car is 6 m/s.

Three Equations Of Motion :

  • v = u+ at

  • S = ut + 1/2 at

  • v² - u² = 2as

Here:

  • v = Final Velocity

  • u = Initial Velocity

  • t = Time Taken

  • a = Acceleration

  • s = Distance Travelled

Velocity of a car started from rest reaches 24

To find:

Acceleration of the car.

Solution:–

 Initial Velocity = 0 m/s

 Final Velocity 24 m/s

Taken 4 seconds

Using 1st equation:

v = u + at

Putting Values :

⟹ 24 = 0+ a(4)

⟹ 24 = 0 + 4a

⟹ 24 = 4a

⟹ 24 = 4a

⟹ a=424

a= 6m/s

So, The Acceleration of the car is 6 m/s.

Three Equations Of Motion :

v = u+ at

S = ut + 1/2 at

v² - u² = 2as

Here:

v = Final Velocity

u = Initial Velocity

t = Time Taken

a = Acceleration

s= distance travelled
