velocity of the object is given by equation

v = 25 - 2t + t^2

now

velocity at t = 0

v_i = 25 m/s

velocity at t = 1

v_f = 24 m/s

now work done by all forces is given by

W = \frac{1}{2}mv_f^2 - \frac{1}{2}mv_i^2

W = \frac{1}{2}*1*(24^2 - 25^2)

W = -24.5 J

now power is given by

P = \frac{W}{t}

here t = 1 s

P = \frac{-24.5}{1}

P = -24.5 Watt
