Velocity of light in vacuum 3× 10^8 m/s and that in water 2.3 ×10^8 m/s, if the wavelength of of a wave in vacuum is 6× 10^-7 m. What is the wavelength in water?plzz explain it's urgent

velocity is directly proportional to wavelength

wavelength in water = 2.3 ×10^8 * 6×10^-7 /3× 10^8
