Velocity of sound increases on a cloudy day why?

BECAUSE SOUND WAVES AS A LONGITUDINAL WAVE CAN'T PROPERLY GO THROUGH THE CLOUD. IT REFLECTS SOME OF ITS PART AS A light WAVE.
