m1 = 100 kg = 0.1 kg

m2 = 200 kg = 0.2 kg

v1 = 10i

v2 = 10j

V = m1v1= m1v2/ m1+m2

= 1/10(strike 10) x10i + 2/10 x 10j/ 1/10  + 2/10

= Vcom = (i + j) x10x 10i/3 = 10j/3

= V = 3√(10/3)2 + (10/3)2

= V= √100/9 + 100/9

= √200/9

= 10/3  √2

= 10/3x1 .41

= 14.3/3 = 4.7

= V = 4.7 m/s
