Twice means - 2×
Then the age of Vikki will be twice as old as veena.
1)let the age of Vera be x
2)let the age of Vikki be 2 x
age difference = 9
therefore
13-4=9
we can also say that
2x - x = 9
x/1x =9
Age of Vera = x = 9yrs
Age of Vikki = 2x= 2 ×9=18yrs
Therefore the age of Vera is 9 years nd the age of Vikki is 18 years.
