To verify: (\frac{-3}{5} \times \frac{12}{13} )\times \frac{7}{8}  = \frac{-3}{5}\times (\frac{12}{13}\times \frac{7}{8})

Solution :

  • To verify (\frac{-3}{5} \times \frac{12}{13} )\times \frac{7}{8}  = \frac{-3}{5}\times (\frac{12}{13}\times \frac{7}{8})  we solve both LHS and RHS . If LHS equals to RHS then answer is verified .
  • (\frac{-3}{5} \times \frac{12}{13} )\times \frac{7}{8}  = \frac{-3}{5}\times (\frac{12}{13}\times \frac{7}{8})

         \frac{-36}{65}\times \frac{7}{8} = \frac{-3}{5}\times \frac{84}{104}   \\\\\frac{-9\times 7}{65\times 2}  = \frac{-3\times 21}{5\times 26}   \\\\\frac{-63}{130} = \frac{- 63}{130}

On solving we get LHS = RHS . Hence  , given expression is verified .
