HEY MATE HERE IS YOUR ANSWER. .....YAH BOTH ARE EQUAL
$( - 4) + {15 + ( - 3)}= \: { - 4 + 15} + ( - 3) \\ \\ = ( - 4) + {12} = {11}-3\\ 8 = 8 \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ ......... \\ hence \: equal$
