a - ( - b) = a + b \\  \\  if \: a \:  =  \:  - 20 \\ b \:  =  \: 15 \: then \:  \\  \\  =  >  - 20 - ( - 15) =  - 20 + 15 \\  \\  =  >  - 20 + 15 =  - 20 + 15 \\  \\  =  >  - 5 =  - 5 \\  \\  =  > 5 = 5 \\  \\  =  > hence \: verified

Answer:

a-(-b) = a+b

-20-(-15) = -20+15

-20+15 = -20+15

-5 = -5

Hence prove a-(-b) = a+b
