Because of out side of bracket there is - symbol then after opening the bracket the sign inside the bracket will oppose like if there is - then it will change in, + to -. Ok.....

Given :

a - (- b) = a + b

we know, that ( - ) x ( - ) = ( + )

Given :

a = 75 and b = 84

substituting the values of "a" and "b "

a - (- b) = a + b

75 - (- 84) = 75 + 84

75 + 84 = 75 + 84

159 = 159

Hence : Values are same.

Verified : a - (- b) = a + b
