RHS:

 \dfrac{1}{5}  \times ( \dfrac{ - 2}{7} ) +  \dfrac{1}{5}  \times 9 \\  \\  \dfrac{ - 2}{35}  +  \dfrac{9}{5}  \\  \\  \dfrac{ - 2 + 63}{35}  \\  \\  \dfrac{61}{35}
