-4/9 & 2/3 are rational numbers.

Addition
-4/9+2/3=-4/9+6/9=2/9
2/9 is also a rational number.
Therefore addition is Commutative.

Multiplication
-4/9×2/3=-8/27
-8/27 is also a rational number.
Therefore multiplication is Commutative.

-4/9 and 2/3 are rational numbers
so commutative property for addition
-4/9+2/3=2/9
as 2/9 is a rational number it satisfying
for multiplication
-4/9×2/3=-8/27
so this is also satisfying the commutative rule
