Commutative property of addition is: -

 \frac{ - 14}{3}  +  \frac{3}{7}  =  \frac{3}{7}  + ( \frac{14}{3} )

 \frac{ - 294  + 9}{21}  = \frac{ 9 - 294}{21}

 \frac{ - 285}{21}  =  \frac{ - 285}{21}

∴{ \underline{ \underline{LHS = RHS}}}

Hence verified
