Answer:

Verify the Euler's formula for a pentagonal prism. If a polyhedron is having number of faces as F, number of edges as E and the number of vertices as V, then the relationship F + V = E + 2 is known as Euler's formula.

Answer

 \huge \sf  \green{F + V = E + 2}

Euler's formula for solids,

⇒ Faces+ Vertices− Edges =2

∴ Faces of the cuboid =6

Vertices=8

Edges =12

putting these values in Euler's formula ⇒6+8−12=2

  • Hence, Verified.
